This flat has a kitchen/dining are with sitting room, three bedrooms and wc/shower-room. The flat will suit a family of five but a sixth person can be accommodated if two wish to share the smallest bedroom. A fold down bed can be supplied if we are notified at time of booking.
The flat has a main door entry from Argyle St with hall and cupboard on the ground floor with room for golf clubs etc.
Stairs lead to the first floor with:

  • Kitchen/dining/sitting room 20'x12' with TV
  • WC/Shower-room
  • Bedroom 1 - 14'6"x 8'5" with one single bed. (fold down bed if required)

Stairs then lead to the top floor with:

  • Bedroom 2 - 15'2"x 10'8" with wash hand basin, twin  beds
  • Bedroom 3 - 15'3"x 11'5" with wash hand basin, twin beds
  • Cupboard with washing machine and tumble drier

The flat has gas central heating/hot water system.

You can park on Argyle St opposite the flat.  Andrews is very busy in the summer but there are plenty of public car parks within a few minutes walk of the flat.
