This flat has a lounge, three bedrooms, bathroom and large kitchen. The flat will suit a family of five but a sixth person can be accommodated if two wish to share the smallest bedroom. A fold down bed can be supplied if we are notified at time of booking.
The flat has a main door entry from Bell St with hall and cupboard on the ground floor with room for bikes, golf clubs etc. Stairs lead to the first floor with:

  • Lounge 15'x11' with two bay windows, TV  
  • Kitchen 15'x10' has a dining area, gas cooker, fridges and washing machine and tumble drier.
  • Bathroom with bath and electric shower
  • Bedroom 1 - 14'6"x 8'5" with one single bed. (Fold down bed if required)

Stairs then lead to the top floor with:

  • Bedroom 2 - 15'2"x 10'8" with wash hand basin and twin single beds
  • Bedroom 3 - 15'3"x 11'5" has twin beds

The flat has secondary glazing throughout and gas central heating/hot water system.
You can park on Bell St but during the day using prepaid vouchers. In the evening parking is free. St Andrews is very busy in the summer but there are plenty of public car parks within a few minutes walk of the flat.
